What data do we handle?

Contact

If you send a message via the contact form, we store the name, e-mail address, organisation, role and message text you provide — solely so that we can reply. The legal basis for processing is your consent; we do not pass the data to third parties, and we keep it for at most 2 years after the enquiry is closed.

Visit log

To monitor the operation and security of the site, we log visits: IP address, page visited, browser and device type, time spent on the page, and — where it can be determined from the network provider — the approximate geographic location (country, city). You cannot be directly identified from this data. The legal basis for processing is the operator's legitimate interest (secure operation of the service).

Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary for its operation (session-management and security), plus preference storage that remembers your settings: the chosen language in a cookie, and the display mode (dark/light) and your acceptance of the cookie notice in the browser's local storage. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies, and we have not embedded any third-party analytics.

Access-restricted area

The platform's modules are access-restricted. For registered users we handle the name and e-mail address for the purposes of sign-in and communication.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing, and you may object to the processing. You can submit your request at info@stratera.hu; we respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).
